WORK SCOPE: To correct the site water drainage around the electrical maintenance room.
This work scope included the following:
- Removal of existing landscape rock
- Reshaping of the soil to create a positive slope away from the building
- Installation of a TPO Membrane to provide a waterproof membrane that prevents water from saturating the soil around the building
- Installation of a Drainage Mat provides a water-pathway
- Re-installation of the existing landscape rock
